Doma Beauty Pty Ltd, trading as RewardSZN (ABN 69 667 515 433) (hereafter referred to as "RewardSZN", "we", "us", or "our"), operates the RewardSZN platform, offering 1-Off Package and Weekly Plan memberships subject to the following terms and conditions

‍Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or older to sign up for a RewardSZN membership.

‍Membership: Joining RewardSZN is subject to the Terms of Service governing the use of the RewardSZN website.

By signing up for a RewardSZN membership, you agree to these terms and conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. Please review these documents carefully before purchasing a RewardSZN membership. For details on the use of your personal information and opt-out procedures, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Subscription: Memberships are ongoing subscriptions to the RewardSZN platform, billed until canceled by you or terminated by us as per these terms and conditions.

‍Types of Subscription Memberships: Memberships come in four weekly options.
Basic $2.99:
• 1 Free accumulating giveaway entry
• 50% access to discounts
Plus $7.99:
• 5 Free accumulating giveaway entry
• 60% access to discounts
Premium $12.99:
• 10 Free accumulating giveaway entries
• 75% access to discounts
Ultimate $19.99:
• 20 Free accumulating giveaway entries
• All access to discounts

1-Off Packages: Membership lasts as long as the package is specified. All promotional giveaway entries are only used once in the next available draw. Entries expire after the draw.

Types of 1-Off Package Memberships: Memberships come in 5 1-off options.
Nickel $5:
• 2 days access
• 1 Free entry into our next giveaway
• 100% database access
Bronze $20:
• 1 week access
• 10 Free entries into our next giveaway
• 100% database access
Silver $50:
• 1 month access
• 50 Free entries into our next giveaway
• 100% database access
Gold $100:
• 6 months access
• 200 Free entries into our next giveaway
• 100% database access
Diamond $200:
• 1 year access
• 500 Free entries into our next giveaway
• 100% database access

Discounts: Membership discounts are subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective partner. RewardSZN is not liable for changes in partner discount offerings or any associated exclusions.

Accumulation: Weekly Plan members earn entries for each continuous month of membership. Entries are based on your current membership level.

Calculation: Entry calculation is based on the summation of consecutive membership tiers for Weekly Plan members. 1-Off Packages are calculated based on the free entries specified in their respective promotion and are single use (only valid for 1 giveaway draw).

Visibility: Entry details can be viewed in your RewardSZN Dashboard. In case of discrepancies, contact support.

Multiple Giveaways: Occasionally RewardSZN may run multiple giveaway promotions such as a 'Double Giveaway' in the same week. This means that multiple members will be drawn as winners. A single member cannot win multiple giveaways in the same week. Members with a giveaway entry count greater than 0 are automatically entered into all giveaway promotions.

Currently, residents of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) are not eligible to enter any of our promotional draws with a prize over $3,000.

Winners of promotional draws are announced live on the RewardSZN Facebook page. Where technical challenges inhibit this, the winner will still be posted on the RewardSZN website. RewardSZN will make all reasonable attempts possible to contact the winning member over the course of 14 days from when they were announced as a winner. Reasonable attempts will constitute 3 calls, 3 emails, and 3 text messages if all forms of contact are linked to the members RewardSZN account. If contact is not possible after 28 days, the winning member will forfeit their prize.

Winning members will have their giveaway entry count reset to 0.

Changes: You may request to upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time through the RewardSZN portal. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle.

RewardSZN account holders may purchase multiple 1-Off Packages. Access time periods associated with packages do not add on top of each other, rather they overlap.

Cancellation: You can cancel your membership at any time from Settings in your member Dashboard or by emailing angus@rewardszn.com. Cancellation instructions will be provided.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be offered for mid-billing cycle cancellations. Cancellation does not remove you from our marketing database.

Failed Payments: Failed payment attempts may result in termination of membership and benefits.

Update: Notify us of any changes in your personal information promptly. Failure to do so may affect membership benefits.

Exclusions: Our liability is subject to the provisions of the Competition and Consumer Act (2010) and excludes indirect or consequential loss or injury, except where prohibited by law.

Tax Implications: Members are responsible for any tax implications arising from their use of RewardSZN.

Suspension: We reserve the right to exclude or suspend members for inappropriate conduct or breaches of these terms and conditions.

Assignment: You may not assign any rights or liabilities under these terms without our consent.

Survival: Provisions surviving termination or expiry will remain in effect.

Amendments: We may amend these terms and conditions with notice to members. Failure to accept amendments allows cancellation of membership.

Cessation: We may cease offering memberships with sufficient notice to members.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

In the event that you win a promotional draw, you give RewardSZN the right to record, broadcast, and make copies of the call where you are announced as the winner. You will be identified by your first name, first initial of your last name, and your residing state (e.g. John D. NSW).
