These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between RewardSZN, operating under Doma Beauty (ABN 69 667 515 433), with its registered office at 95/7 Macquarie Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 ("RewardSZN", "we", or "us"), and users ("you" or "user") accessing our giveaways, website rewardszn.com (the "Site"), and the RewardSZN Members platform (the "Software"), collectively referred to as the "Service".

By accessing the Site, using the Service, or purchasing one of our memberships, you agree to abide by these Terms. Your continued use of the Site or Service constitutes your acceptance of any modifications to these Terms made by RewardSZN from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or the Service.

By purchasing a membership, using our platform, or participating in giveaways, you confirm that you have read and consent to our Privacy Policy, in addition to these Terms. RewardSZN reserves the right to update the Privacy Policy at any time, with the latest version posted on the Site. If you disagree with any part of the Privacy Policy, you must cease using the Site and/or the Service immediately.

The RewardSZN Site operates as a membership rewards platform providing discounts at leading brands across Australia. Members gain access to a dashboard where they can utilize available discounts, manage payments based on their selected package, and update their details as necessary.

RewardSZN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Your use of the Site and/or the Service is subject to these Terms. RewardSZN may impose limits or restrictions on any part of the Service or your access to it without notice or liability.

Memberships or one-time packages purchased for our rewards platform, including those acquired during promotional periods or giveaways, are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law. For major failures, you may cancel your service contract and seek a refund for the unused portion or compensation for its reduced value. Refunds or replacements for goods are available for major failures only. Minor failures will be rectified within a reasonable time frame, with refunds or cancellations granted if not addressed adequately.

To access certain parts of the Site and Service, you must register and create a user profile or account ("Account"). Eligibility is limited to individuals aged 18 or over.

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, and maintain the confidentiality of your password. You may not share your Account or password, and you must notify RewardSZN immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or breach of security.

RewardSZN employees, directors, managers, and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate in giveaways.

You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in your Account and RewardSZN may cease offering the Service at any time. RewardSZN reserves the right to cancel your Account, delete your Registration Information and User Content associated with your Account, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

To cancel your Account, you can do so from the settings in your RewardSZN Dashboard. Alternatively, you may contact angus@rewardszn.com. There are no refunds for memberships. You will still have access to your Account until the end of your billing period.

RewardSZN may offer third-party services, content, information, and products solely for the benefit of our members. We make no representations or warranties regarding these offerings and assume no liability for them. Third-party offerings are subject to the terms and policies of the respective third parties.

Links to third-party websites on the Site are provided for convenience and at your own risk. RewardSZN is not responsible for the content of linked sites.

RewardSZN Intellectual Property, including trademarks, logos, designs, and content, are owned by RewardSZN and protected under Australian and international laws. You agree not to use RewardSZN Intellectual Property without prior written permission.

Members agree not to contact any affiliates, employees, sponsors, or partners of RewardSZN to manipulate contest results.

Participants in giveaways agree to resolve disputes individually, waive claims for punitive damages, and acknowledge RewardSZN’s right to disqualify tampering or abuse of contests. RewardSZN assumes no responsibility for technical malfunctions or unauthorized intervention in contests.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RewardSZN regarding the use of the Site and Service, superseding any prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
