Your profile information. When you register on RewardSZN you give us information including full name, email address, telephone number, and date of birth. If you choose to make a purchase on RewardSZN you disclose your billing address, and card details. If you win a giveaway prize you will need to disclose your bank details.
Technical information. We collect information about the device you use to access RewardSZN.
Location. We collect information about your approximate location.
2. How we use your personal data
We use the information we collect about you in the following ways:
• Notify you about changes to our service
• Provide you with customer support
• To ensure you are old enough to use RewardSZN
• Perform data analysis and test RewardSZN to ensure its stability and security
• Enforce our terms, conditions, and policies
• To facilitate prize giveaways
3. How we share your personal data
Payment providers. If you choose to make a purchase on RewardSZN your data will be shared with Stripe to provide security around your payment data and to facilitate a secure transaction.
Service providers. We provide information and content to service providers who facilitate the operation of our business, such as cloud service providers.
Analytics providers. We use analytics providers to help us in the optimisation and improvement of RewardSZN.
Law enforcement. We will share your information with law enforcement agencies, public authorities, or other organisations if legally required to do so, or if such use is reasonably necessary to enforce our Terms of Use, detect, prevent or otherwise address security, fraud or technical issues.
Sale or merger. In the event that we buy or sell any business or assets, user information may be among the transferred assets.
4. What data can other users see through RewardSZN?
If you win a RewardSZN giveaway prize, your first name, first initial of your last name, membership type, and prize will be displayed on our website.
5. Where do we store your personal data
The personal data we collect from you is stored on cloud service providers. This may be outside of the country where you live. Not all countries have the same standards of data protection. However, where we do transfer your data to another country, we will only do this where we have appropriate measures in place to protect your data.
6. The security of your personal data
We take steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this policy. Unfortunately the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will protect your personal data, for example, by encryption, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted via RewardSZN; any transmission is at your own risk.

We retain your information for as long as it is necessary to provide you with the service. Where we do not need your information in order to provide the service to you, we retain it only for so long as we have a legitimate business purpose in keeping such data. However, there are occasions when we are likely to keep this data for longer in accordance with our legal obligations or where it is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
8. Children
RewardSZN is only available to users aged 18 or over. RewardSZN is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you are not allowed to use RewardSZN. If you think a child under the age of 13 has given us their data, please contact us at angus@rewardszn.com so we can remove this data and terminate the relevant account.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we update the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy and posting the new Privacy Policy and providing any other notice required by applicable law. Your continued access to or use of RewardSZN after the date of the updated policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree to the updated policy, you must stop accessing or using RewardSZN.
