Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1. The promoter is Doma Beauty Pty Ltd trading as RewardSZN (ABN 69 667 515 433) ("Promoter"), located at 95/7 Macquarie St, Sydney NSW 2000.
1.2. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion Period
2.1. The promotion commences at 7:00 pm AEDT on 2nd April 2025 and ends at 6:45 pm AEDT on 9th April 2025 ("Promotion Period").
3. Eligibility
3.1. Entry is open to residents of Australia (excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory) aged 18 years or over ("Eligible Entrants").
3.2. Employees, directors, and contractors of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter the promotion, Eligible Entrants must meet the following criteria during the Promotion Period:
- Weekly Plan Members: All existing Weekly Plan members of the RewardSZN shopping deals platform are automatically entered into the promotion. New Weekly Plan members who sign up during the promotion period are also entered into the promotion.
- 1-Off Package Members: Purchase a 1-Off Package membership during the Promotion Period to be automatically entered into the promotion.
4.2. No additional action is required beyond the criteria specified in clause 4.1 to enter the promotion.
4.3. Entry count can be viewed via Member’s RewardSZN Dashboard.
5. Prize
5.1. The total prize pool is valued at AUD $5,000.
5.2. The prize consists of a single cash prize of AUD $5,000.
6. Draw Details
6.1. The draw will take place at 7:00 pm AEDT on 9th April 2025.
6.2. The draw will be conducted live on the RewardSZN Facebook page.
6.3. The winner will be drawn randomly using a computerised draw system from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
6.4. If the draw cannot be conducted as scheduled due to technical difficulties or unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter will conduct the draw on the next day or as soon as events allow. Details of the revised draw time and date will be published on the RewardSZN website.
7. Notification of Winner
7.1. The winner will be announced during the live Facebook draw.
7.2. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw.
7.3. The winner's name will be published on the RewardSZN website and social media (Instagram & Facebook) pages within two (2) days of the draw.
8. Prize Claim and Delivery
8.1. The winner must claim their prize within 28 days of being notified.
8.2. The prize will be transferred to the winner via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to a bank account nominated by the winner.
8.3. If the prize remains unclaimed after 28 days, the Promoter will conduct a redraw as outlined in clause 9.
9. Redraw (If Applicable)
9.1. If necessary, a redraw will take place at 7:00 pm AEDT on 14th May 2025 live on the RewardSZN Facebook page.
9.2. The redraw will be conducted in the same manner as the original draw.
9.3. The redraw winner will be notified as per clause 7.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. If any dispute arises in connection with this promotion, the entrant should first contact the Promoter by email at angus@rewardszn.com with details of the dispute.
10.2. The Promoter will review the complaint and respond within 14 business days.
10.3. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, the entrant may escalate the matter to an independent body, such as the relevant state or territory’s Fair Trading office, for further review.
10.4. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree that any dispute or claim shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New South Wales.
11. General Conditions
11.1. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11.2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
11.3. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
11.4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
11.5. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion.
12. Privacy
12.1. The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, and service providers.
12.2. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant.

13. Liability
13.1. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
13.2. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems related to computer systems, servers, providers, or telephone networks.
14. Jurisdiction
14.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
15. Exclusions and Disclaimers
15.1. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
15.2. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the promotion at its sole discretion.
